Dr. Gina Raza:
Research and training are part of who I am as a clinician. Here are some of the ways in which I have engaged with the research and training community in recent years:
Assistant professor at Virginia Tech-Carilion’s School of Medicine.
Assistant professor at Northern Illinois University’s Psychology department.
Supervisor for clinical psychology interns, post-doctoral fellows, psychiatry residents, clinical pharmacy residents, and social work interns, guiding them to learn foundational, evidence-based therapy interventions.
Supervisor in large medical settings, outpatient and inpatient settings, and academic settings.
I routinely present my research at national research conferences, such as ABCT and ISTSS.
I provide pro bono community work and presentations through several local mental health organizations.
