For over 15 years, I have worked with clients using effective therapy for Anxiety, stress, and Trauma. Therapy will help you heal, and open up life to new possibilities. I have extensive experience providing therapy for professionals.

I specialize in evidence-based treatments such as CBT and ACT (therapies that have been proven to work with real people, through years of research). I will help reconnect you with what’s most meaningful in your life - or help you rediscover what your values are at this stage of your life.

Couples therapy

Relationships may go from feeling fun to feeling like work. If you aren’t feeling like a team, if you don’t seem to understand each other right now, or if you aren’t enjoying time together- couples therapy can do a world of good! We will work together to improve your relationship. We will improve your communication and resolve topics in your relationship, from a place of respect and understanding.

My approach to couples therapy follows my training in Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT - https://ibct.org/user/gina-raza/) and Gottman approaches. Through therapy, we will identify areas for change, strengthen your emotional connection with each other, and improve acceptance. You can be “on the same page” in your relationship again! Therapy makes space to discuss issues in a productive way, so your relationship feels connected and enjoyable again.

Clinical Consultation for providers

I offer virtual consultation to licensed therapists seeking to learn evidence-based methods (EBPs), such as exposure-based anxiety treatments, acceptance and commitment therapy, and couples therapy. Contact us if you are seeking clinical consultation.

Group Therapy

I offer a Graduate group as a follow-up to active sessions,

and periodic Mindfulness groups focused on practice.
